We went for New Years Eve and had a great time in the nearby neighborhood. It was very calm, we enjoyed great food and suddenly walked by a street that was fully active with New Years Eve events.

Love the location!! The beach is amazing! You can rent chairs daily and they will set them up along with an umbrella. I was able to get moved up one floor after the first night so I could see even better. The staff is super friendly and willing to help however they can. I loved that they restricted parking to guests only. It’s so nice to sit on the patio in between the hotel and Mulligans. It’s very centrally located for great dining and shopping experiences as well.

Hard to beat oceanfront. All three staff was wonderful but Jenna was especially helpful and kind. Jenna handled out every request immediately and with a genuine smile. Did not catch the managers name but she was nice as could be and accommodating as well. We will certainly be staying at the property again , hopefully sooner than later.

I loved how clean (in general) it was. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly from the million times I called to get an early check in to check out time. I love the location and how affordable it was.

Location, location, location. Right on the beach. Amazing beds and linens Onsite restaurant/bar. Beach chair service on site (fee)is worth every penny. Daily cleaning service. Wonderful front desk staff. Beautiful pool with towels provided. Newly upgraded rooms with mini-fridge and coffee makers. We had an issue with a strobbing/ flashing light, we went to the front desk, and a maintenance person was there immediately. On-site washer and dryer for guests to use. Walking distance to everything you could want or need. Ample parking, but we never moved or car for 8 days. You didn't need to go anywhere.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Lamps weren’t working and door to the bathroom had to be fixed. Staff fixed it. But it continued to fall off the track. Even had to wake my family up to get out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. Stubbed my toe every time I went out the back door. But is to be expected Incase of water surge. But paint it something bright. Had fake grass on our ground floor patio that was nice. But noticed none of the other rooms had it on the ground floor. We were room 136. Rented chairs and an umbrella from the company right on the beach outside the hotel. Was really nice. Especially since I’m a local and live 3 miles from the hotel “LITERALLY” owned a biz across the street for 30 years. So it was nice to leave my chairs and umbrella in the car and pretend to be a tourist and not have to lug everything back and fourth all sandy from the beach. The cost was $30 and might I add…well worth it. As a single mother it was a little well deserved staycation. Wish I could have afforded another night. However that Mulligans restaurant is disgusting!! And Smells even more disgusting than it looks. It’s a shame to have a great location and have such a disgusting restaurant attached. Hotel was great

This room was right in the beach , very nice restaurant attached to hotel, several more within walking distance, pool was very nice and warm, deep end was 8’, and pool was super clean!!! Room was also super clean, had a fridge no microwave, AC stayed cool and room smelled very nice, hotel obviously has a cleaning team that knows what they are doing and great attention to deal in cleaning!, great job clean staff! Keep up the good work!, had plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs available at pool,

Clean and a great location. With a little smile and special touches it could be an excellent place to stay. Staff was friendly but not spectacular. So much potential but left a lot on the table.

Location-steps to the beach! Smaller hotel, less crowding, ample parking, friendliness of all staff we encountered. Room was comfortable for 4 people & clean. Our view was awesome. Very nice pool area & restaurant.

This hotel is a dream. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean. The direct beach access is ideal for a day between the pool and the sea. Right next to the hotel is the Mulligan's Beach restaurant with excellent food. The price-performance ratio is excellent
